Message from the Visionary

Growing up, my family had an abundance of love, but unfortunately, we lacked many resources. As I reflect on my childhood in a single-parent household, I realize how incredibly resourceful my mom was in ensuring that my siblings and I always had what we needed. It wasn’t until adulthood that I fully understood the ingenuity and determination she demonstrated to keep our family afloat. This isn’t just the story of single-parent households—it’s the story of everyday people who are simply trying to make it, as David Shipler highlights in his book, The Working Poor. One day, I found myself thinking: how amazing would it be to wake up each day and brighten someone’s life by meeting a need they otherwise couldn’t fulfill? That thought sparked the birth of The Than the Real Estate Man Foundation. I want to thank you for your heart and willingness to partner with me in this endeavor. Together, we can make someone’s day and lighten their load, sharing the love of Christ, one act of kindness at a time. Matthew 25:45 “He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’”
